Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban, writing on his personal blog, has a wonderfully simple proposal to address the huge amounts of money being thrown around in the recruiting biz:

Sic the IRS on 'em.

As anyone who's ever seen The Untouchables knows... that's how the feds got Al Capone. And -- as one of the comments on Cuban's post points out -- it's also how they got Ed Martin, the Michigan booster who paid off Chris Webber and others.
