My husband is quite tall, and one day he met Magic Johnson in a grocery store. He said he knew he’d met someone tall, because when he saw Magic, he looked directly at chest and shoulders…and had to look UP.

It’s nice to know that there are plenty of talented young people aiming for the NBA.

Yeah, the scale of these guys doesn’t really compute until you’re standing next to them. I once ran into Derek Harper of the Knicks in a deli. He wasn’t even one of the bigger guys on the team, but he dwarfed me — and I’m over 6 feet tall.
