Orlando Johnson added an NCAA Tournament berth and Big West Tournament MVP honors to his conference player of the year award, scoring 20 points with five boards and four dimes to lead the Gauchos to a 69-64 win over Long Beach State.
UC Santa Barbara is going dancing for the first time since 2002. The school's only NCAA Tournament win came in 1990, when they beat Houston in the opening round.
