The Mountaineers won their first Big East Tournament title, beating Georgetown in the final thanks to another game-winner from Da'Sean Butler.
Butler's drive to the lane with 4.2 second left provided the final margin of victory, just two days after his last-second banked three-pointer beat Cincinnati in the Big East quarterfinals. He was the obvious choice for tournament MVP.
