Standing Reach
In basketball, "standing reach" is the highest point a player can touch while standing flat-footed.

Vertical Jump
In basketball, "vertical leap" or "vertical jump" is a measurement of how high an athlete can jump off the ground from a standstill.

What is the Ted Stepien Rule?
