Scouting Report
Barnes has the talent and skill to become the next great Carolina wing scorer. He has range out to the three-point line and a highly-developed mid-range game that you don't often see in a player his age.That maturity-of-game also shows in his composure; Barnes doesn't get flustered by defensive pressure or allow the opposition dictate the tempo of the game. A good rebounder, he can grab a board on the defensive end and start the break with an outlet pass or lead the break himself.
His ability to create for teammates in the half court could use some work, but that will come.
