Wofford's thirteenth straight win was the most significant in school history; their 56-51 win over Appalachian State nets the Terriers their first-ever SoCon title and trip to the Big Dance.
A tiny school -- enrollment is just over 1,400 -- Wofford moved up to Division I for basketball in 1994-95.
