of cource
- see allen iverson is the best player in the world, my favourite player when i knew the NBA, and i am very happy he is coming back to play in the NBA, he is the best cross overer in the world, best shooter and should be on the NBA Hall of Fame since the time he left it.
- —Guest IHH
Absolutely
- This man is the best ball handler ever, his shooting, passing , and dribbling are the best the NBA has ever had. The man had a right to be upset to be put as a bench player after scoring over 25 points a game in his career. He is a hall of famer. The fact that he had to go to Turkey to play is horrible. The NBA mistreated a michael jordan level player. The Answer wants to comeback and i pray that a team will sign this star

Are you kidding me?
- The stats that are mentioned alone should put him in the hall of fame. He is 5'11 (which the nba listed him as 6'1 and then 6'0) and killed everybody he played against, including the best player the game has ever seen (so far), Michael Jordan. The nba implemented rules just for Iverson. 2 of his crossovers were deemed travelling violations (1 was, but not the one he killed everybody, including Jordan with). The zone was let into the league (because of him and Shaq). The man was unstoppable from 1996 through 2006. The NBA hated him from day one. His tattoos, jewelry, attitude about practice, all things that were not considered "poise for an NBA player." But at the end of the day, his stats say he should be in the hall of fame. He can't be denied from the hall of fame unless it is just complete prejudice. Attitude shouldn't bar a player from the hall of fame, stats should.

Mr.
- No Question about it, he invented alot of basketball tricks, in my opinion he should be right there with Mj. He should be honored to the highest level not only Hall of Fame.

- Changed the game of the little big man. So much skill and most important so much will. The heart of a true warrior and competitor. First Ballot Hall of Fame bound no doubt.

- He should be a hall of famer because he's worth it.
- —Guest jon amare
without a doubt
- allen iverson his a legend 6 footer he brought back philly if he had another decent player next to him in philly it would have been game over then he would have one many titles. he has one and mvp award 4 time scoring champ rookie of the year, and two srait allstar mvp awards are you kidding me this guy is a stud without a doubt. iverson has inspired so many people not to mention that he is only 6 foot. the best little man around
- —Guest n yates
Yes
- Zegers, you write a column about basketball and think this is a valid question? Even if you hated his stinking guts, Iverson's an obvious first ballot guy. Ask a question that's actually worth debating.
- —Guest ejmfoley
no question
- Anyone who says iverson shouldn't be in the hall of fame don't kno basketball.. this man is a legend.. if iverson don't belong in the hall of fame then there is alot of other hall of famers that should be removed
